Job title: Cashier
Tips average an additional $2-5 per hour
Direct Report to: FOH Management
Results to be achieved by this position: Quickly and accurately enter and process payments for guest orders. Deliver fresh & delicious food and beverages to our guests accurately and in a timely manner.
Necessary attributes for this position:
- Organized with attention to detail
- Reliable- Show up and be on-time for shifts
- Hard working and able to maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow procedures
- Ability to read and communicate well with guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to take initiative and lead by example
- Integrity and ability to self-manage
- Ability to assess the situation and know what the priorities are: Customers, Orders, Sanitation, and Stocking
Work requirements for the position:
- Accurately ring in orders and take payments for guests
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room
- Be able to answer all frequently asked questions
- Complete special daily or weekly cleaning tasks
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Be able to switch tasks without notice based on needs of business and guests
- Be on your feet standing and walking for all working hours
- Occasional lifting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
